Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you submit a review, an advertising / sponsorship / data inquiry, or contact us, we collect the name, email address, and any message content you choose to share.
• Technical & usage data. Server logs and a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address (used only for spam prevention and rate-limiting — we do not store raw IP addresses tied to submissions). Standard request metadata (user agent, referring page, timestamps).
• Outbound click data. When you click an affiliate or partner link we record the click (which page it came from, a hashed IP, timestamp) to measure performance. We do not control what partners collect once you leave our site.

How we use information

• Operate, moderate, and improve the service (e.g. publish verified reviews).
• Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse (rate-limiting via hashed IPs).
• Respond to inquiries and provide advertising/partnership information you request.
• Measure affiliate/referral performance in aggregate.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with: service providers that host and operate the site (e.g. our hosting and CDN providers) under confidentiality obligations; affiliate/telehealth partners only when you choose to click through to them (your interaction there is governed by their policies); and as required by law.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you act on them we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This never affects our ratings. See our methodology.

Data retention

We keep submissions and inquiries for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymize them. Hashed rate-limit records are short-lived.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. California under the CCPA/CPRA, or the EU/UK under the GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to opt out of its “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.
